TestNMeasure Bluetooth multimeter app and shop
For the checks that keep planes, buses, machines and buildings running: TestNMeasure reads your Bluetooth multimeter, guides the procedure point by point, shows pass or fail on the spot and ends with an Excel or PDF report.
Where the checks happen
Somewhere, right now, someone is checking that it works.
A hangar at night. A building site before handover. A depot between the last bus in and the first bus out. The meter takes the reading. TestNMeasure guides the check and keeps the record.
What the app does
A proper meter app first, then a guided test run
Open it next to your meter and your phone becomes the meter's remote display. When the job is a list of points, the app walks you through them and keeps the record.
Live readings
A big readout that shows which digits have settled, a live graph one swipe away, hold, min/max/avg, rolling averages and REL for your test leads.
Logging and export
Log readings every second to CSV or Excel, or capture one reading with a note, photo or voice memo. Export any session as CSV.
Test sequences with pass/fail
Define the points once as a template. The app shows the next point, takes the reading when it is steady, checks it against your limits and moves on.
Excel and PDF reports
Finish a run and export an Excel report with one row per point and PASS/FAIL cells, or a PDF with notes, photos and a sign-off block.
Works offline
Connecting to the meter, capturing, templates, test runs, the calculator and every export work without a network.
Web app
Back at your desk, test files, logs and templates sync to app.testnmeasure.app to search, review, build templates and export. The web app does not connect to meters.
Free, Pro and Cloud
Free covers the meter app, logging, running starter and shared templates, and CSV, Excel and PDF reports, with no account needed. Pro is a one-time purchase for your own templates, custom formulas and your company header on reports. Cloud is a subscription that includes Pro and adds sync across devices and the web app. The app shows the prices in your currency before you buy. Free, Pro and Cloud in detail
Meters
Which meters it reads
testnmeasure.app keeps a catalogue of Bluetooth multimeters, each marked with one of four states. Live Bluetooth readings work today with the OWON and ZOYI meters marked verified or supported. Live support is added one driver at a time, and only after it has been tested on real hardware.
- Verified by usWe checked its live Bluetooth readings against the meter's display.
- SupportedThe app reads it live through a driver that was checked on a sibling model.
- Should workSame family as meters the app reads, not checked, not claimed.
- Not supportedNo live Bluetooth reading yet. Type the readings by hand.
Any other instrument, such as a clamp meter, thermometer or insulation tester, works by typing its value into the same step; the report marks it as manual. No meter yet? The built-in demo meter runs every feature.

Heritage
Since 2013: from Voltset to TestNMeasure
It started in 2013 with our own connected multimeter, Voltset, and a phone app built around a ring-shaped dial. Building safe, certifiable meter hardware turned out to be much harder than building the software. What lasted was what technicians kept telling us: the meter isn't the problem, the clipboard is. So TestNMeasure is software only, for Bluetooth meters you can already buy, in the colours of Voltset's 2014 identity.
- 2013First prototype: a phone becomes a voltmeter.
- 2014The Voltset identity and the ring-dial app.
- 2015–16An aviation harness technician describes the sequence recorder.
- 2020Work starts on OWON BDM-series Bluetooth meters.
- 2026TestNMeasure, native on iPhone, with the web app and the shop.
